Training for High School Tryouts - Setting

Every player needs to know how to use their hands.
Setters control the game and the ability to set a ball well is a great way to demonstrate to your coach that you are a skilled ball control player.

We'll teach you the little things that help you use your hands with confidence.

Come prepared to show the focus and enthusiasm you want your high school coach to see from you at your actual tryout.

Recommended:
-Volleyball gear (shoes, knee pads, etc... whatever you would actually wear to feel fully ready to go)
-Closed top water bottle
-Please eat/hydrate beforehand (we will treat you like an athlete, fuel yourself like one)
-Come prepared to make mistakes and know they aren't failures, they are learning experiences
