Training for High School Tryouts - Serve & Serve Receive

Every Saturday in April

First contact decides games at every level of volleyball.
Your high school coach knows that and will be looking for aggressive servers and athletic passers.

We're here to help you build that dependable serve and the confidence to know that you are capable of passing any serve.

Come prepared to show the focus and enthusiasm you want your high school coach to see from you at your actual tryout.

Recommended:
-Volleyball gear (shoes, knee pads, etc... whatever you would actually wear to feel fully ready to go)
-Closed top water bottle
-Please eat/hydrate beforehand (we will treat you like an athlete, fuel yourself like one)
-Come prepared to make mistakes and know they aren't failures, they are learning experiences
